All unopened purchases made directly through naturalglowbabes.co.uk may be returned to naturalglowbabes.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. In the case that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@naturalglowbabes.com with your proof of purchase.

If the item is unopened, please ship back the product to us using a return form provided by our customer support team. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days.

For hygiene reasons, all opened products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

In the case that your vibrator malfunctions, contact us for support at contact@naturalglowbabes.com. In order to effectively provide after-sales service, please keep the purchase receipts and do not attempt to repair the item on your own.
